How are learners counted?The number of learners corresponds to the number of active users per month. A learner is considered active as soon as he/she logs in during the month.
Where are the servers located?For our European customers, the servers are located in France or Germany. It is also possible to locate servers in the United States or Asia, depending on the geographic location of your participants.
